site and will execute all phases of the software life-cycle
from the customers site. ESN will be responsible for project
management.

model, the project will be executed in ESN’s solutions
center located in India. Most phases of the software life-cycle
are executed at our offshore solutions center. Certain aspects
of the project like requirements definition and implementation
will be performed at the customer’s site. ESN will have
overall responsibility for project management.

The concept of an Offshore
Dedicated Center involves setting up a dedicated team of resources
for customers at ESN's offshore solutions center in India. In
this service model, all resources‚ manpower, hardware, software,
office space and any other resources needed for the project‚
are dedicated to the customer. The customer will have access
to these resources on a continuous basis. |
