ESN recently completed a project for one of its major clients in the healthcare sector. This involved modifications to the client’s Integrated Reporting and Information Solution. This solution offers comprehensive and flexible tracking and reporting capabilities for a variety of Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) services. It supports clinical management of all EAP cases, tracks customer service inquiries and referrals for community services, and manages electronic distribution and collection of vouchers for prompt provider payment. The system also provides extensive contract management services to ensure the client’s administrative and marketing staff can provide their customers with the best service possible.

Required changes included enhanced data capture, provider web page expansion and additional reporting functionality. These modifications required changes to the system database, the core application, and the provider web page.

This project was initiated in response to requirements of one of the client's major customers. The project team consisted of an onsite project leader who interfaced with the client and also directed work to a development team located at ESN's offshore center in Hyderabad, India. Our experienced team members and tested methodology delivered this project ahead of schedule and below budget.
