of still graphics, Macromedia Flash 4 for the creation
of motion graphics and Macromedia Director 7, VB 6 and
MS Access for the content authoring and final integration.
These titles can be used on any Operating System.

Benefits
We outsourced the total work related to the creation
of the CBTs starting with getting the content developed
and integrating the content. This has allowed the client
to very cost effectively get the CBTs developed without
straining their own resources.

Introduction
CBTs are substitutes for human tutors. They
are convenient and flexible alternatives to traditional
classroom-based training.
The

Situation
The client had a requirement of about 20 titles
based on specialized graduate and post-graduate topics
to be executed. These CBTs would the students to efficiently
enhance their knowledge.

Our Process
The project development process involved
domain experts who provided the learning material for
each of the specialized titles. They developed the material
based on the client requirements that also mentioned
the topics to be covered in each of the titles. They
supplied the content with illustrated examples and as
many graphics as possible. They provided these based
on a certain set of principles and standards for domain
experts that we created.

Conclusion
The CBTs have enabled the end user to quickly learn,
upgrade and revise his existing skills. It has made
ones access to specific topic a lot easier, flexible
and consequently, has helped the users experience of
learning become more interesting and interactive.
