This communication can take the form of e-mail, VoIP phone, fax, onsite meetings and/or utilizing our dedicated project portal. Periodic conference calls are also organized in order to go over the overall progress of the project as well as resolve any critical issues before they can become problems. Our goal is to always provide our clients with ongoing updates and guidance during the development cycle. We believe this thorough process promotes solid working relationships between all members of the overall development team.

Apart from the regular status updates meetings, reports and documents our project teams ensure that integrated teaming is established by utilizing various infrastructure facilities.

Collaboration - Project Portal

For every project, ESN sets up and hosts a dedicated, Internet project portal providing access for the entire team, allowing open communication between members. Project documentation and schedules, information files, source code files, etc., are internally posted so all those involved can see information and file updates, 24/7. In addition, ESN provides a secure FTP connection for transfers between the client and ESN teams.
